June 29 - Third Day - Afternoon

Much of the afternoon session was spent discussing how we would be working during the Chapter.

Scrutineers

We elected the two youngest members of the Chapter, Coltridah Mooya (Z) and Maria Lúcia Gama da Silva (B), as the scrutineers.

We spoke about the attitude of discernment and the process of coming to consensus. We agreed that it would be necessary to be aware at all times of where the Spirit was leading us as Chapter for the good of the Institute.

We were given a copy of the proposed process of election to study; we will be discussing it at a later date.

Chapter Coordinating Committee

We elected Catherine Mary Patten (EAP), Maria Alice Lopes dos Santos (P), and Maria Lucia Gama da Silva (B) to be members of the Chapter Coordinating Committee with Catherine Dolan and Ruby Cribbin.
