Intercommunication Sources Network

One of the goals of the “Core Group”, of the Intercommunication Sources Network is:

"To encourage and motivate a network of sharing among the
Archives, , Sources, the Mother House, Spirituality Centers,
and personal initiatives related to our Sources."

The first goal and main objective of the network is to encourage and assist in making the Sources known in the different parts of the Institute. At the present moment, this communication Network is formed with a sister of each Province/Region, nominated by The Provincial/Regional Superior. The task of these sisters is to receive, select and distribute Sources material in her Province/Region.

This is a way of sharing and, no doubt, it will be a way of animating and promoting our life and mission.

We are pleased to introduce the members:  

mary leah planteSr. Mary Leah Plante – WAP

I was born in Canada. 
At a young age I came to California with my family.
After high school I entered the RSHM.  I have had many ministry opportunities-teaching, leadership, service Boards of Trustees/Directors and archives.
I have many interests, particularly reading, writing, and experiencing nature outdoors.

marie andre dullaghanSr. Marie André Dullaghan – NEP

Born in Dublin, Ireland, I was educated by the RSHMs
in Ferrybank, Waterford (1953-56).
My Novitiate spiritual year (1957-58) was spent
in the Motherhouse with M. Jeanne d’Arc as Novice Mistress.
I was privileged to be a member
of the Motherhouse International Community
for six years (2001-2007) – a wonderful experience
at the heart of RSHM Sources.
I am currently a member of the Sources Core Group,
and I’m honoured to be the Sources link person for the NEP.

claudia silvaSr. Cláudia Pacheco Dinis e Silva – PP

My name is Cláudia Pacheco
and I was born in the interior of the country, near Viseu.
There I met the RSHM.
I have been in the RSHM University Hostel
and, after I entered the pre-Noviciate.
I made my first vows in 1993.
Since September, I am living in CEJG,
where I have the privilege
of being more in contact with our Sources/Spirituality.

christine haabuseSr. Christine Haabuse - ZR

My name is Christine Haabuse. I am a member of the Zambezi Region.
I made my first vows in the Institute of the Sacred Heart of Mary Sisters
on 1st July, 2002. At the moment I am preparing for final Vows. 
For ministry, I am working at St Joseph's High School
where we are managing agency. St Joseph's is a boarding School found in Zambia.
I teach  Mathematics and Geography.
Also I help in the spiritual formation of the girls.
My love for the sources deepened during the three years I lived at the Mother House.
I learnt more about our founder Fr Gailhac and the founding sisters.
As a member of the sources group, I hope to continue to grow  in the knowledge
of our beginnings and how we are living out the spirit of our founder today.
Currently, I am based in Chivuna community, in Zambia.

Virginia (1967 - 1972) St. Anne’s, Garden City, (1972- 1981)
Marymount High School in Richmond, Virginia (1982 - 1993)
Earned Masters Degree inSacred Scripture and Theology at St. Mary’s, Notre Dame,
Indiana (1960-1963) 
Taught in SHM, Park Terrace - Gerard School (1955- 58) and in High School 1958 - 1960). 
Entered: September 8, 1953 and Professed in 1955.

lucia rezendeSr Lúcia Pereira de Rezende - BP

I was born in January, 23, 1939 in Cataguazes,
Minas Gerais, Brazil.
I joined the RSHM in January 6, 1959.
This year I have my golden Jubilee.
I had many ministries in the Province: secretary, Group director, teacher, treasure, School Director.
I have attended the Faculty of Philosophy,
Pedagogy and Enterprise Administration.
Currently I am the Coordinator of the Sources Team in the Province.

ana mo

Sister Ana Mo Senguaio, had accepted to be the liaison person for Mozambique.
She was born in January 1939. She joined the RSHM in January 1966.
She died in Beira on May 24, 2011.
